Newly resurfaced bodycam video shows the shock as cops found “Hell on Wheels” killer Mackenzie Shirilla still alive in her wrecked car alongside the bodies of her boyfriend and his pal, whom she murdered by deliberately crashing into a wall at nearly 100 mph. “Holy smokes… the last thing you expect to see,” a responding officer gasped at finding the then-17-year-old driver still alive in her car that was split in two. “This is the worst crash I’ve ever seen,” added the distraught cop after finding the murdered males.
