Dallas Wings guard Paige Bueckers put in serious hours in the weight room this past offseason after winning WNBA Rookie of the Year. Bueckers, the first overall pick in the 2025 WNBA draft, said she added 15 pounds of lean muscle mass by implementing three-hour weightlifting sessions, according to ESPN’s Holly Rowe. The former NCAA champ with UConn currently weighs 160 pounds after ending last season playing at 145 pounds, Rowe said on the broadcast during the Wings’ 107-104 win over Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever on Saturday.
