The madman accused of spraying bullets indiscriminately down a busy Massachusetts street brazenly snoozed through his arraignment hearing Thursday – while prosecutors laid out the disturbing allegations against him. Tyler Brown, who tuned into the proceeding remotely from his hospital room, appeared tucked under the covers with his eyes shut and head rolling side-to-side as his two attorneys sat on either side of his bed, bizarre video shows. His lawyers – who were given permission by the court to speak on Brown’s behalf – entered a not guilty plea to charges including two counts of armed assault with intent to murder and possession of a gun without a license.
