A Bronx woman was arrested for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend to death with a butterfly knife and damaging his camper van in a brutal burst of domestic violence nearly two months ago, cops and prosecutors said Wednesday. Dulce Dayana Hernandez Jimenez, 28, was charged with second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter in the deadly March 28 knifing of Ramon Vasquez, 35, in Norwood, according to an indictment unsealed in Bronx Supreme Court. Jimenez allegedly used a butterfly knife to stab Vasquez, and also busted the window of his camper van, according to the indictment.
