One of the late Jeffrey Epstein’s victims testified that she was raped by the sex offender when he was under house arrest in Florida after dodging prison time for prior sex crimes. The woman, only identified as Roza, detailed the horror as she tearfully testified during a House Oversight Committee hearing for victims of his abuse on Tuesday, telling lawmakers he should have been in a jail cell at the time. Roza, an 18-year-old model from Uzbekistan at the time, said she ended up at Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion after his French model scout pal, the late Jean-Luc Brunel, brought her to the US on a talent visa.
