A Missouri man has been arrested for allegedly posting bomb-making tutorials online that were used by the ISIS flag-carrying terrorist who killed 14 people in New Orleans on New Year’s Day. Jordan Derrick, 40, is accused of filming and posting a slew of videos on social media that show him making explosive materials, including detonators, federal prosecutors said Tuesday. The step-by-step guides were allegedly downloaded by Shamsud-Din Jabbar — the terrorist who plowed a truck into a crowd of New Year’s Eve revelers in New Orleans on Jan.
