A wealthy Oklahoma mom convicted of maiming a young woman in a drunken car wreck was freed from prison after just 73 days and got cushy treatment during her short stay in the clink, all thanks to friends in high places — including Gov. Kevin Stitt, court papers allege. Sara Polston, 43, was initially sentenced to eight years in prison after pleading guilty in October to a horrific 2023 DUI crash, which left 20-year-old Micaela Borrego in a two-month coma and relearning how to walk and speak once she awoke.
