A high school counselor has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a student on campus. Amber Elizabeth Walker, who was also the girls’ basketball coach at Asheboro High School in North Carolina, was arrested Friday after a tip alleged she had sex with the student at the school on Wednesday last week, according to an arrest warrant obtained by WFMY. The 39-year-old counselor was arrested after investigators “quickly developed evidence confirming the allegation,” the warrant stated.
