Orange County food lovers have something big to look forward to. Anaheim’s $4 billion OCVIBE redevelopment is about to introduce Katella Commons, a massive food destination with 21 chef-led kitchens, six bars and lounges, and plenty of options for dining and nightlife. The giant food hall, set to open in early 2027, will be one of the crown jewels of the sweeping 100-acre transformation surrounding the Honda Center, where developers are building an entertainment district designed to completely reinvent the area.
