Sheriffs served a search warrant Wednesday morning at the home of Susan Flores, the mother of convicted killer Paul Flores, in the decades-old Kristin Smart murder case. The raid took place at the Arroyo Grande residence as part of what authorities described as an ongoing investigation. The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office said the warrant was authorized by a Superior Court judge but did not immediately release further details about what prompted the new activity.
