A Florida man was arrested this week for allegedly threatening beachgoers with drill and even telling one person, “I’m going to kill you. ” The bizarre situation erupted on Wednesday when Yacov Levi wedged his way onto a private Surfside condo’s beachfront property, according to an arrest affidavit.
