The most consequential ABS challenge of the season had the crowd in a tizzy Tuesday night. Reds fans were treated to a wild moment in the ninth inning with Cincinnati ahead, 7-2, when a 1-2 pitch from lefty reliever Brock Burke on the outside corner to lefty batter Edouard Julien was called a ball. The Reds had struck out 10 Rockies hitters at that point, with the elusive 11th strikeout worthy of free pizza from local pizzeria, LaRosa’s.
