A twisted Texas elementary school teacher is accused of sexually assaulting a fifth-grade student she branded as one of her “favorites” – as cops urge other possible victims to come forward. Cecilia Mueller, a 46-year-old longtime Northside Independent School District employee, was arrested Monday after a former student, now 20, reported the disturbing sexual acts he endured while he was in her fifth-grade class during the 2016-17 school year, according to the San Antonio Police Department. The victim told authorities the then-36-year-old sicko kissed him and carried out other sexual acts while they were in a closet inside her classroom, a police report obtained by News4SA said.
