An illegal migrant violently raped an incapacitated man behind a dumpster outside a Long Island restaurant, officials and law-enforcement sources told The Post on Monday. Suspected heinous Honduran national Jose Ignacio Bonilla Garcia, 32, was later nabbed by authorites in the nick of time — as he tried to flee across the border in Texas, authorities said. Garcia had dragged the drunken, passed-out stranger away from the Esperanza Deli Café in Amityville just before midnight March 27, pulling the victim’s unresponsive body behind a dumpster and raping him, police said Monday — noting that the entire attack was caught on surveillance video.
