NEW LONDON, Connecticut — The brother of alleged White House Correspondents’ Dinner gunman Cole Allen reported the wacko’s manifesto to Connecticut police about two hours after the terrifying incident — and maybe even before the bullets started flying, according to reports. The brother called the New London Police Department around 10:50 p. m.
