Latin Times Less than two weeks after the Trump administration reached a deal with the Democratic Republic of Congo to accept migrants under its third-country program, the first group of deportees arrived in the war-torn nation on April 17. About 15 migrants of Latin American origin were deported to Congo and arrived Friday, according to a lawyer who spoke to The Associated Press.
