An ex-flame of former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio shared details of a creepy run-in with disgraced congressman Eric Swalwell — which raised alarms about his unsettling “narcissism” years before he was accused of sexually assaulting multiple women. Progressive activist Nomiki Konst, who dated de Blasio last year after his split from wife Chirlaine McCray, recalled an encounter in 2016 with Swalwell at a Chicago hotel during a Democratic National Committee celebration that made her “really uncomfortable. ”The married, accused rapist bought her a prosecco during a group toast and instantly “zoomed in” on her, Konst recalled on journalist Tara Palmeri’s podcast.
