Disturbing surveillance video captured the horrifying moment a gun-toting thug snatched a 16-year-old girl from a Michigan street corner and forced her in his car in a brazen kidnapping. Footage obtained by TMZ shows the masked monster walk up to the teen in the Detroit suburb of Hamtramck around 7 a. m.
