In a stomach-churning act of cruelty caught on video, a cold-hearted culprit was filmed unceremoniously hurling a defenseless puppy through a tall fence and abandoning it at an Orange County animal shelter. The Mission Viejo Animal Services Center released the shocking surveillance today of the April 10 incident, hoping the public can help identify the man who treated a living creature like a bag of kitchen scrap. The incident unfolded in the early hours of April 10.
