An alleged drunk driver struck and killed two pedestrians before slamming his car into a North Hollywood home in a terrifying wreck caught on video Sunday. The driver is now in custody after smashing into a car parked in a driveway and leaving a hole in the wall of a home in North Hollywood. The driver, identified as Vidal Cruz Jr.
