Residents of Malibu’s most star-studded streets — where the likes of Beyoncé and Jay‑Z, Lady Gaga, Leonardo DiCaprio and Kim Kardashian have called home — are being told to boil their water or stick to bottled water for the next few days. The precaution comes after the Los Angeles County Waterworks District No. 29 discovered on Friday that the Lower Busch Tank was not properly secured, raising concerns about the integrity of the local water system.
