Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s “finding out” meme is yet again exploding online after ex-Homeland Security chief Kristi Noem’s husband was exposed as a cross-dresser with a penchant for busty bosoms. Rubio, who has already spawned thousands of memes due to the many hats he’s had to wear in Trump’s White House, quickly skyrocketed again on social media off the back of Tuesday’s bombshell news about Noem’s spouse. “Marco Rubio finding out he has to be Kristi Noem’s husband now too,” one person jeered on X alongside the now iconic image of an unimpressed Rubio sitting on a couch in the Oval Office.
