A catchy, salsa-infused animated campaign video released this week by a group called Latinos Por Pratt has gone viral online, depicting LA Mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt taking aim at incumbent Mayor Karen Bass. The song, titled “Spencer, Saca la Bassura,” aka “Spencer, take out the trash,” is a rhythmic roasting of the city’s current state, from the mounting homeless encampments to the potholes that “still attack my tires flat. ” The animated video shows Bass taking selfies in far-off locations like Ghana while the hills of Los Angeles burn behind her.
