Four were injured after a fire broke out in an Upper West Side high-rise, according to fire department sources. First responders arrived on the scene around 5 pm after hearing reports of a fire at a high-rise at 124 West 79 St between Amsterdam Ave & Columbus Ave — half a block from the Museum of Natural History. 120 firefighters and EMS personnel were dispatched to the scene.
