Cam Schlittler leads way in Yankees’ one-hit shutout of Giants as Aaron Judge blasts first homer

SAN FRANCISCO — The only thing that could stop Cam Schlittler on Friday afternoon was not even wearing a Giants uniform.   Because the way he was throwing, the Yankees right-hander just might have finished off a masterpiece all by himself had he not been on a limited pitch count. Instead, he settled for pitching the first 5 ¹/₃ one-hit innings in downright dominant fashion and then watched the bullpen follow his lead — just as he followed Max Fried’s from Opening Day.
