A Massachusetts cop and her husband were arrested and charged Thursday with horrific rape allegations lodged by a child the couple took into their home — after she was mysteriously suspended last week. Plymouth Police Officer Samantha Pelrine, 31, and her husband, Daniel Forand, 37, began abusing the 12-year-old victim soon after they moved in with the couple in 2019, court docs alleged.
