The maniac suspected of gunning down his ex-girlfriend in Harlem after a break-up late last year was arrested Wednesday, cops and sources said. Eliud Garcia, 50, was picked up by NYPD Warrants and charged with murder in the Dec. 23, 2025 death of Basilisa Negron, 47, who was killed in a hail of bullets in her daughter’s Harlem apartment, authorities said.
