Four socialist NYC lawmakers will be forced to explain under oath why a Republican colleague faces potential censure over alleged Islamophobic remarks — while they routinely make racist and libelous statements about conservatives, The Post has learned. Lawyers representing firebrand Councilwoman Vickie Paladino (R-Queens) in her free-speech lawsuit served Brooklyn pols Chi Ossé, Shahana Hanif and Sandy Nurse, and Tiffany Cabán of Queens with subpoenas Tuesday. The subpoenas require them to testify in the case on April 17 before Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Sabrina Kraus, according to confidential legal papers examined by the newspaper.
