Carlton Williams, 58, and Rohan Rose, 47, turned Stop n Nyamm into a drive-through narcotics den between January and February as they covertly sold cocaine and fentanyl, Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney announced Wednesday. 4 The duo moved large amounts of cocaine through fake soda cans, according to police.
