Former Senator Kyrsten Sinema admitted to having a jet-setting affair with her married bodyguard — in which she slept with him at least least six times in five cities before he separated from his wife, according to bombshell new court papers. The 49-year-old independent pol — who represented Arizona in the US Senate — admitted in a motion filed Thursday that she first got hot and heavy with Matthew Ammel, a married father of three, in May 2024. During the steamy affair, she was “physically intimate” with Ammel six times over five months before he separated from his then-wife, according to Sinema, who hopes will quash a North Carolina “homewrecker” lawsuit filed by her lover’s ex-wife, Heather Ammel.
