Tough case to crack. Bandits swiped a jaw-dropping $50,000 worth of walnuts from two trucks parked in the Bronx — baffling state police, who want food-world folks to help them catch the crooks. The nutty heist began on March 2, when the thieves stole the 60,000-pound haul of shelled nuts, stored in pallets, from two trailers parked in Hunts Point, according to police.
