A Florida mom with a heart tattoo on her face was all smiles after she allegedly shot her sister during an argument — with both women refusing to tell cops what happened. Magdalena Dybkowska, a 34-year-old mother of three, smirked knowingly as she was booked at the Broward County jail on attempted murder charges for allegedly shooting her sister in North Lauderdale early Monday. She has a red heart inked below her left eye and a tattoo of a lucky “777” on her neck above an EKG heart monitor line, the photo reveals.
