A puffer-jacketed bozo was busted in the random sucker-punch attack of a female NYPD school crossing guard in the Bronx, cops said Wednesday. Anthony Andrus, 35 – who has an apparent aversion to tying his shoes and has at least seven prior arrests – was nabbed on a warrant and charged with assault in connection to the March 5 attack on the uniformed guard in the Concourse neighborhood, police said. The 46-year-old victim was working at the corner of Gerard Avenue and East 167th Street around 8:15 a.
