Federal agents are searching for a hulking murder suspect on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list and they’re now offering $1 million for information that could lead to his arrest. Omar Alexander Cardenas, a California native who also goes by the nickname “Dollar,” is accused of killing a man outside a Los Angeles barber shop in 2019 before disappearing and remaining on the run for years.
