The Eagles are adding a Pro Bowl-caliber cornerback to their secondary. Riq Woolen has agreed to a one-year deal worth up to $15 million with the Eagles, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Tuesday, becoming the first outside free agent to join Philadelphia this offseason. Woolen, 26, was one of the top corners on the open market and is coming off a season in which he had 41 tackles, 12 passes defended and an interception in 16 games for the Seahawks.
