NFL free agency has opened and teams are spending money again like its going out of style. The Panthers made the costliest move by agreeing to terms with pass rusher Jaelan Phillips for four years and $120 million, the 49ers made a splash with receiver Mike Evans, Miami moved on from Tua Tagovailoa and replaced him with Malik Willis — and then Tagovailoa decided to head to Atlanta. The Giants made several moves, including signing tight end Isaiah Likely and retaining offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor, while the Jets focused on revamping an awful defense.
