The woman accused of shooting at Rihanna’s Los Angeles house also targeted Billie Eilish weeks before the attack, court documents show. Ivanna Ortiz, who faces an attempted murder charge, filed a lawsuit against the “Bad Guy” singer over her concert in Orlando in October. The 35-year-old, who lived in the Florida city at the time, claimed the show was causing her “immediate and irreparable harm” due to the noise and traffic.
