Dramatic video captures the moment a suspected ISIS-inspired teen hurled an IED during shocking scenes outside New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s Gracie Mansion home, according to police. The short clip shows Emir Balat, 18, coming up behind a speaker addressing a small crowd outside the Upper East Side mansion Saturday before hurling something over his head and out of shot. Alleged ISIS-supporting militant Emir Balat can be seen hurling the bomb in a dramatic video.
