Four people were shot during a Brooklyn bar brawl early Sunday, as an eyewitness said one of the victims had his foot blown off. Cops responded to a 911 call for multiple people shot inside Richard’s Restaurant and Bar at 9404 Avenue L in Canarsie at 5:06 a. m.
