A city Department of Education worker was arrested and charged with murder Tuesday for her role in the January shooting death of a dedicated father on a Bronx street, according to police. Naya Brown, 26, was taken into custody more than a month after Keon Gill, 44, was gunned down as he and his brother left a restaurant on West 242nd Street at the end of the victim’s birthday celebration near 3 a. m.
