Horrifying video captures the deadly moment Senegalese immigrant Ndiaga Diagne began firing into a crowd at a packed Austin night spot Sunday. In the chilling footage, verified by FOX 7 Austin, Diagne can be seen walking on the sidewalk in his gray “Property of Allah” hoodie before raising his rifle and firing at least a dozen shots. The video shows Diagne approach the Austin bar and open fire.
