Making eggs in advance can be tricky, but I found one method I'll use over and over. Jennifer MessineoI used the same few ingredients to batch prepare eggs three ways, testing each method's results. During the experiment, I baked egg muffins, cooked a large omelette, and made a sheet pan of eggs.
