INDIANAPOLIS — One of the Giants’ formal interviews this past week at the NFL Scouting Combine was with Mansoor Delane. This was an especially meaningful meeting for a player considered to be the best cornerback in the upcoming draft. Delane is from Maryland, and there is a certain someone with the Giants now who did some nice things in that state for the past 18 years.
