The convicted killer who slaughtered his brother and his entire family in a New Jersey mansion bloodbath is already whining for a do-over. Paul Caneiro is seeking a new trial less than two weeks after his conviction, with his attorneys facing a March 16 deadline to justify a new proceeding, according to court documents. His attorneys have not stated their reasons to hold a new trial.
