Cops collared a crazed San Bernardino County man Tuesday for allegedly pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle – and then trying to run her over. According to the Victorville Police Department, Joseph Outlaw, 36, of Apple Valley, was riding as a passenger in the victim’s car Tuesday afternoon as she was driving on Seventh Street in Victorville, when the two got into a domestic dispute. Police said Outlaw forced the victim out of the vehicle and onto the street.
