A twisted Long Island man was thrown behind bars after allegedly shooting his sister in the head with a crossbow — a deadly scheme he’d been reportedly plotting since December, according to police. Samy Sedhom, 21, fired an arrow that clipped the right side of the 28-year-old victim’s face, splitting her ear in half and leaving her bloodied outside their Lawrence home around 9:23 p. m.
