A receiver on BYU’s football team has been arrested and charged with first-degree felony rape after a year-long investigation. Wideout Parker Kingston was arrested Tuesday in Utah after authorities alleged he sexually assaulted a 20-year-old woman last February, the Washington County Attorney’s Office said in a statement on Tuesday. The woman alleges she was assaulted by Kingston on Feb.
