A grassroots organization that bills itself as a “support group” in a historically Hispanic neighborhood will be installing scores of “ICE raid alarms” that its leaders say were inspired by “influence from Minneapolis. ” The Highland Park Community Support Group, helmed by Amanda Alcalde, will scatter an indeterminate number of the alarms on multiple streets in the neighborhood, KTLA reported.
