Stand clear of the closing doors, Governor. John Samuelsen, president of the International Transport Workers Union representing 60,000 subway, rail, bus and airline workers in New York, said Tuesday that his union will not back Gov. Kathy Hochul’s re-election bid amid disputes over labor issues.
