Cops broke up an out-of-control teen party in LA’s San Fernando Valley over the weekend — and the wild scene that unfolded was caught on camera by furious residents. Hundreds of teens took over a home on the corner of Quartz Avenue and Strathern Street, Winnetka. on Saturday night, prompting police to swoop in with a helicopter overhead and boots on the ground.
